Sorry to hear that.  The local one here that does
about 80% of all the work in this area charged me $115
including removing 3 broken exhaust studs.  Their
machines look like they were made during the Civil
War, but they are highly recommended, at least for
stock applications.

The head gasket kit from Fel-Pro contains items 2-5
plus many other gaskets.  Almost every one is made in
Germany.  I paid $100, plus 10% "special handling"
because it wasn't in stock.  It's got about 50 pieces
in there, and you'll use almost all of them.  Like
valve stem seals. (Viton)

Exhaust manifold studs and nuts?  $16-20.  Front
crankshaft seal?  $3-7.

Right side engine mount?  You'll never have a better
opportunity to access it.  Cat hanger bracketry?  Mine
were almost rusted through.
