5KSQ Steering Rack High Pressure Hydraulic Hose

The steering rack on my '88 5KSQ is to be replaced (with the Jorgen unit).  
It is recommended that the high pressure hose also be replaced at the same 
time.

Where is the best (read least expensive) place to get this?  Is this a 
dealer only part?  (Quel horreur!)  I don't have the ability to have one 
made up at a hydraulic hose place.  I need to get one ready made.
