try re-routing your ground wires from the head unit *and* amplifiers
(and anything alse in the system) so they all are grounded at the same
place. "directional" RCA cables help, too (the sheild is only connected
to the "minus" terminal, the cup, at one end, this should be the head
unit end). Or experiment with an RCA isolator thingie which will
decouple the ground loop in the RCAs... but might be detrimental to
sound quality...
