What was TireRack thinking?

 I then looked at the other wheels and this is what I received all on the
correct rims:

        Oh well, that's your Tire Crack for ya.  Sounds like somebody did a
little smokey da weedy for lunchie before he shipped that order, and so did his
crew chief and the "checker."   Its a conspiracy no doubt.  Maybe they fit into
that percentage of people who do stuff completely wrong just to get attention.
