one middle east state has the same sort of "test" with
cones
1. drive in a straight line between two rows of cones
2. reverse back between the cones
3. pick up your permit on the way out

nothing in the rules about hitting cones...they later
changed to painted lines due to excessive attrition
rate on the cones

if you ever have to drive in the middle east be
afraid...be very afraid
