settling on '88 5kcstq instead of '91 200 or V8?

I guess my impressions were correct, then. I thought the steering in
the 200 felt overboosted compared to my 5ktq. I guess that is the case
and not my imagination. :-)

As for the brake pedal, I don't see what you mean. The UFOs on the 200
brake far better than the mushy G60s I have on the 5ktq. When I get
around to the BIRA upgrade, it will become irrelevant, though.

The S4 is a much tighter car than even the 200- I never felt any chassis
flex in the S4 on my drives of the cars.

I agree in your assessment that the 200 is a much better car- no question
about that, in my mind. The 200 is tighter feeling, has a much more
modern dashboard and just feels nicer.
