Burned Exhaust Valve MC (Questions?)

I pulled plug wires to listen for changes. The front cylinder had little if
any effect with plug wire off. I pulled the injector and it was filthy.
The lower tiny o-ring nearly gone. I checked each of the injectors and two
of them were quite loose at the fuel line connection. I think they need
replaced. I assume that they have a limited lifespan and if one is gone,
the others are going or gone. When I buy the injector will it come with the
upper large O-ring and the lower tiny o-ring, or has the design changed. Do
I need to remove the injector seats, the archives suggest a potential
nightmare with pieces falling into the intake and cylinder.

Is this a 20 valve by any chance? What did the plugs look like when
you pulled them? One of mine was black and wet. On mine the idle did
not change when I pulled the connector off the top of the bad injector
(the cylinder with the black plug). 150,000 mile timing belt? ...
wahoo
The bad news is the injectors on the 20V are $165 each.
