Type 44 Starter Motor mounting bolts

I thought the one I dealt with had to have come from some monkey lad PO.
What the hell possessed them to use such a thing. I found the 5kt starter 
harder to replace than the URQ! Of course it didn't help that it was 38 
degrees, and snowing in my daughters apartment parking lot. AT NIGHT!
Cars somehow know the most inopportune time and place to malfunction.
I must admit, however, when I was sorting the URQ and it left me stranded 3 
times, all 3 were when I had access to help/ride, and no terribly pressing 
appointment. That is probably why I still own it.
