Grinding sound need help

Sounds like maybe a heat shield that got pushed up against a turning axle
shaft. There is such a shield, shaped like a cup, and it keeps exhaust pipe
heat away from the inner boot of the US passenger-side front axle shaft.
Happened on my 86 4kq, and to find it I had to put the car on a lift and
look straight up into that area from below, using a strong light. Fixed it
by poking around with a long sturdy screw driver.

Another possibility is that a splash shield on one of the front brakes has
rusted and is getting deformed enough to rub against a turning metal
surface. Happened on all four corners of my 86. Had to take the shields
off. But if you pulled the wheels to check the brake, I'd expect that you
noticed the condition of the shields, so that probably isn't the most
likely cause.
