A good day, a bad day ...

First I finally got hold of the 7J Fuchs alloys I've had my eye
on for some time.  They were on a FWD 100CS that was
approaching end of life - it's owner gave up with the repairs
and decided to scrap it.  So I had the wheels and (good)
rubber off it for GBP100 and put mjy 6Js with illegal rubber
on it for the scrapyard.  At the last minute, Roger Galvin
decided it was too good to scrap ...

He now owns 3 ur-quattros, a 200TQ, a 200T, a 100CS, a
Coupe quattro and an 80Q that somehow seems to have
acquired a turbo.

Then the bus started playing up.  The prop shaft has been on
the way for some time, but I've suddenly got a 'shimmy' like a
brake disc problem coming back up the clutch pedal.  Quite a
weird feeling.  I suspect there are not many miles left in the
clutch.
