duty cycle readings ?

This is the first I've seen your post.
I may not be much help, but my URQ exhibits a few "variances" from the specs 
put forth on this list. They are slight, but they do vary.
I'm curious why you think there is something wrong. Do you have drivability, 
or running problems you're trying to solve? If so what are the symptoms? 
Also, what is the patient (5k, URQ, 200,?)?
