Maximum torque for the na I5 engine.

I will try to get the 80tq to pass the yearly vehicle inspection. They will
notice that the engine is turbocharged one second after they open the
bonnet, they know that these cars aren't turbocharged from the factory.

The rules over here is that the power can be increased with 20%, 136*1.2 is
163hp. That is close enough to the MC engine. The torque on the other hand
can only be increased with 10%. With the MC available over here, putting out
240Nm at 3000rpm and the JY that I will install putting out 253Nm at 3600rpm it is
a bit out of the question to get it accepted this way.

But, what is the maximum torque for the strongest na I5 engine?

Or can anyone get papers from Audi that say that the 4KQ can hanlde more
tourque and power then stock. It is impossible for me to get this.
