Jorgen,
The annual inspection sounds tough in Sweden. The main problem in the UK
of tunning a car is to get insurance, a lot of people declare the car
standard and hope that modifications are not noticed if they have an
accident.
During the test is the car put on a dyno to check power/torque figures? If
so could you not de-tune your car for the test? For example reducing boost
pressure.
