Today, the frase "German car" means a car engineered in Germany, but not
necesarily built there. German cars found in the US, but not built in Germany: A
whole lot of VWs, the Audi TT, the BeeEmmDoubleview Z3 & X5 and EmmBee M-class
SUV.

You can also stumble over some Canadian Volvos and British Nissans, Toyotas and
Hondas as well as Dutch Mistubishis and Volvos (from the same factory)
Daewoo-built Opels for the Pontiac dealers are the most fantastic.... :-) German
car, built in Korea to be sold in the US.
