With Treser defunct, I don't think anyone bought tools or dies.
At least noone in Europe...

I guess that was the only way to get it?!
I was told by Jeffrey that the Scottsdale Porsche-Audi dealer in Arizona
sold Tresers into the USA. Perhaps they know which parts were available
for the USA and which not?!

This part is missing all the time. it was easy to lose and easy to steal
:(
Solution:
Get a good picture of one and have it made in some of that companies
that make stickers, emblems and the like.
You can have it covered behind clear plastic.
Or you can cut it from a block of polysterol or ABS plastic for the
standeard version.
