Reviving the euro V8 import thread

I was discussing importing a 93/94 V8 6 speed with Chris Semple today -
for parts. He said he believed if the engine and vehicle were shipped
seperately, it could be done. Since they're in the $6-8K range in many
instances I may consider it in the next year or so. 4.2 engine, euro
ECU, 6 speed trans, upgraded AC, euro headlights, keyless entry... Sigh.

It would take a lot of up front work, finding a shop to remove/crate the
engine, then arranging shipping. Definitely a lotta upgrade though!
