The difference between teh H4/H1 and straight H4 w/turn is that the dual lights
were found on 90's, coupes and UrQs while the H4 w/turn were found on the 80s.
See Tom Nas' pages for pictures of the different lights. The setup used in the
US are a bit special, 80 headlights with 90 bumper.

That is correct.

The 90 with dual lights had the turn signal in the bumper, next to the fog
light.

If you know how to wire the lights yourself, I'd say it is damn expensive.
