Yes, I didn't actually read the article. I didn't mean to plug the list of
tires there. They don't sell Toyo to the best of my knowledge, either
(unless it changed recently). I was merely saying that the little research I
did on the two standards told me that I wouldn't consider anything without
the snowflake/mountain certification as a "real snow tire" for my use.
