bomb R&R cost ?

I think I paid about $175 for a 200q20v bomb from TPC.  Shouldn't take an 
experienced mechanic even an hour to change unless everything is all rusted 
up (bomb is located near the driver side front wheel).  A cupful of 
Pentosin 11S,  some crush washers (four, I think), and an hour of shoptime 
should be less than $75 unless you go to  a  dealer.
