Hella lighting (4kq) -- cops search?

Yeah back home they disconnected lights, not headlights, if they were too
bright.  They also disconnected neon lights from inside the cars.  I know
that some of these incidents are actually violations of the law and if the
police suspect that they might find other 'goodies' in the car, the police
have an actual reason to pull over the car.  But if you don't have any
other 'goodies' in the car, big deal.

Granted, too bright of headlights can be dangerous, I am dissapointed about
how truck headlights are at just the right height to blind me through the
rear view mirror.  I guess this isn't a perfect world after all.
