Here in my home town, we are over regulated by busybody government,
and the tuners are harrassed by testosterone powered police.
One of the ridiculous rules made up and enforced here is the sodium
blue bulbs that are stock on the new BMW's, Audis and Benz's. The blue
bulbs that can be bought aftermarket for other cars are a common upgrade for
tuners and a target for police. Obviously the cops can't ticket cars that
were sold from the factory with these bulbs and it is mostly left up to the
officers discression any way. The cops measure the candle power of the
bulbs, and they use the same tool to measure the amount of light coming
through window tint. God forbid we tint to dark. they have been given the
authority to tear the tint off on the side of the road.
Just my rant. RR
