Lost low-beams

I'd also check out your light sockets. As soon as I relayed the lights on my 
old 5ktq they became the weak point in the system, and melted shortly after, 
causing a intermitant right hi-beam in my case. Just pop the socket off the 
back of the light and look for any discoloration around any of the pins. If 
they are melted I got replacement plugs at a local VIP Auto. for ~3 each, and 
the wires and terminals apear to be of a higher grade than the stock garbage. 
No problems after that...
