Control Arm Bushings.....Problem, Help!

Hi,

   I have just removed the control arms from my audi 4ksq 1984. The Control 
Arm bushings that I have, have an outer and an inner metal sleeve with a 
rubber thing sandwiched in between. Now the problem that I am facing is that 
the outer meatl sleeve from the old bushings are stuck in the control arms. 
How do I remove these. Also after the removal of the metal sleeves from the 
previous bushing how do I get the new bushings in the control arms.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
