Control Arm Bushings.....Problem, Help!

I used a hacksaw. I first riped the bulk of the rubber out with my press
and then used a map gas torch and burned all the rubber out leaving just the
outer metal sleeve. Then, slip the blade into the control arm and cut
through the metal (carefully... don't cut too far into the control arm) and
use a chisel or other instrument of destruction (BFS perhaps?) and knock it
out of the arm.
To install, put them in the freezer overnight so they have a chance to
shrink, lube liberally with grease, and use a vise or press to push them in.
