my 93 90 did this last year. according to the dash it
was about 10 below. i had just pulled on the highway
and shifted from 4th to 5th and thought something was
strange so i let off the gas and the car keep going.i
just pulled of at the next exit, shut her down, popped
the hood, took the top engine cover off and when to
reach for the linkage and i heard a " pop " . it
unthawed itself, i guess. never happened again,
although these past couple of days i keep lettin up on
the gas every once in a while to check.
