yes it is.  weird, huh?

nah, 30A ought to be fine.  You might even want to try lower values and
use the smallest one that doesn't blow.

if you use too large of a fuse there is no point to it - remember you
want the fuse to blow before the wire smokes, that's the important
thing.

You're not protecting the fan, you're protecting the wiring.

I am certain I used nothing larger than a 30A fuse on my coupe.
