Hard brake line replacement

Listers,
My 5ktq recently has gotten a thirst for brake fluid. I think
I know the culprit- the passenger rear brake line looks like it
may be seeping a bit of fluid, looks like from the hard line, not
the rubber line.

I'm surprised about this, considering that the car was recently
inspected, but I will have to investigate further. If it is the hard
line and not a rubber line, can someone tell me if it is a very
difficult replacement job, or something that can be done by yourself?

I have pressure bleeding equipment, so that is not a problem, but
don't know if this kind of replacement requires special tools, a lift,
a torch or whatever.
