Slow fills at Gas Station on 86 4kq

        Yes.  Simple answer for a straightforward question.  Don't know what
to do about it though.  Anyone?  I'm getting sick of standing outside
in -20C with winds of -30C to -40C trying to not be frustrated with my fuel
tank.  Stoopid trunk tanks.
