Slow fills at Gas Station on 86 4kq

I have the same problem with my 90q.  I'll have to try some of theses ideas
and give some feedback...

10 o'clock is also a good position to try.  This was always a mystery
for me on the 4kqs I've owned. - 2 of them did it, 2 of them did not.
