Seems tough to do. All the caps have cut-outs that face the inlet side
of the head - they're also all numbered and the numbers all face the
same way. The instructions are to tighten 1,3,5 - 6,8,10 fully and
then place and tighten 2,4 - 7,9. The first six sit on the cams and
go down with them - the last four go over the cams after they're down
and seem to take a lot more 'drawing in' torque than the others.

Glad it's done.

The caps are supposedly asymmetric, but I couldn't measure any differences.
