No.  VWs are built in the Puebla, Mexico plant, but no Audis.  Aside
from Germany annd Hungary, Audi does have plants in South Africa,
China, Brazil, Malaysia and Phillipines.  No VW or Audis are produced
currently in the USA.  There used to be a VW plant in Westmoreland, PA,
but that has long been closed.  Audis sold in the US are all of German
and Hungarian assembly.
