My 87 90q does this all the time. Not the windows- it has manual windows, 
which always work. The turn signals are likely the result of an ignition 
switch starting to die- mine cures itself by a shutdown and restart. I've 
been messing around with PCs too much, now my car thinks it's a PC...
The window is likely either a broken wire in the door jamb or a faulty 
switch. Welcome to Audidom...
