Ac/Heat problems

Hi gang,

Got some problems with my fan in my climate control.  When starting up the
car and switching on the defroster, it takes at least 8 - 10 min before the
fan will kick in and start blowing.  I have also noticed that if I shut off
the cc and turn it on, sometimes it will not start again for at least the
same period of time.  Is this indicitive of bad brushes in the blower motor
or do i have a problem with the control unit or a xducer someplace in the
system?
