by cc, do you mean a/c? The fan doesn't start right away until the coolant
temp is high enough. You may want to check this sensor if it's getting old
and causing too much delay. Also if you turn on the a/c and then shut it
off, the compressor won't turn on right away. It's on a time-delay relay
which prevents the motor from frequent on-off sequences which can damage
it. Any home a/c or refrigerator has the same function. Try pulling the
plug on the fridge while the compressor is running. The compressor won't
come back on for a while after it's reconnecteced....In other words
everything sounds normal.
