Sticky Control Arm

I'm changing the cv boots on my '87 4kcsq and am taking a different path
than in the Bentley (mainly because I don't have a 12 point 8mm bit).  I
took off the brake caliper, the lower ball joint bolt, and freed the
stabilizer bar.  Now I need to lever the control arm down to separate the
arm from the hub.  However, even though I've got a long lever and put all
my weight on it, the arm won't budge.  Any tips?
