Probably Sikkens (sp?).

you're right that Maco is not so good when they actually prep the car. Any
idiot can paint a car that's already been prepped given the proper tools
(downdraft spray booth, high quality gun/paint, etc).. but I certainly
wouldn't trust them with prep work.

Right. The DIY approach certainly has limitations (tools/time available
etc).

"near" is relative. About a half hour drive depending on the weight of your
right foot ;-)

Nate always manages to stop by this area be it to stop by Huw's or my place.
I've got a coupla injector inserts that I bought him for his EFI project so
either next time I'm up there or next time he's down here... And of course
you're welcome to play with my 4ktq. You're welcome to drive it if you'd
like.

Much better now actually. I just went through and re-did most of the
electrical connections after having some wierd intermittant electrical
gremlins. I got myself one of those butane soldering irons (marketed as
"portable") from radio shack and I like it a heckuva lot better than my
electric. No more electrical gremlins now.. especially after removing the
AC unit under the glove box and putting the ECU in its place. Next step is
to move the power cable from the battery farther away from my speaker
crossover so I can stop getting that darned "whine" through the speaker.
