How about an UrQ in One Lap of America?

Tucker,
I've been thinking of this for years. At first I wanted to do
it in a 91' 200 Avant. But as I dont have one, I think when the
ur-q is finished, I want to do it in it. The 20vt with a chip
should make it so I can keep up with the M3's. :-) Esp on
unfamiliar tracks.
I buy the C&D issues every year that details it as well as
Sport Compact Cars write up when they ran a WRX in it. But that
$2000 entry fee plus $1,000 in Michlin MXX3's or Pilot Sports
ain't cheap. Not to mention 5,000 miles worth of Gas. Plus
Another 5,000 miles to get there and back. (or more for me).
And food for 2 weeks. (Fast Food for two weeks. UGH!!)
But for some reason it does sound appealing.
Oh, sorry for the late post. I just stumbled on this. maybe in
a couple years we can do a Dual ur-q effort. I dont spose yours
is Black. :-) Mine is.
