cutting up xenons?

He has the step-up transformers for me as well.  Wouldn't get the aiming
system though.

If this turns out that it is blinding to oncoming drivers, I wouldn't use
it, but if I can keep the cutoff line appropriate, I would think that it
would be ok.  Will have to see.  First, if I can actually modify them to
fit, and second, if I can make them aim properly after they have been
modded.
