A newbie question about Audi A6 with the V8

To begin with, I'd look into getting all of the S8 engine parts- cams,
chip, etc. As the S8 comes with 360hp from the factory (the 40v version),
that would be a nice gain over the stock 300hp. I'd think you need a freer
flowing exhaust and possibly port the head and look into exhaust headers
as well. All typical musclecar-type mods.

I think you'll have to pay a lot for these mods, though- the S car stuff
can't be cheap, especially considering you'll have to probably have it
imported yourself unless you can have a US dealer order it for you.

A GIAC tip chip will allow slightly quicker shifting, that may help for
performance.
