Exclusive providence of all industrial nations, and some much more
agricultural nations, like the ones that burn down forests to clear
fields. I'm not making this up. Also, consider, the CO2 that would go up
in the air would (wood) be tied up in the trees that aren't burned. Ain't
civilization great!?!?
