Alternator parts for V8

Hi all,

I'm having my alternator rebuilt and have run into a bit of delay regarding 
parts.  The stator winding needs to be replaced and the shop stated they 
weren't able to find it anywhere but from Bosch direct, which means an 
additional 3 days of downtime.  Anyone have a faster solution?  The shop 
listed the part number as 0120468017 while I show it in the family album as 
part number 046903351A.  Any idea what the difference may be?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
