Trunk lock/release on 93 100CSQ?

Just when you thought it was safe to plan a long trip...

My wife just called.  The trunk lock/release on her 100CSQ is stuck in the
locked position.  Won't open with the electronic pushbutton on the key,
won't open when you unlock the driver's door, won't open when you unlock the
trunk cylinder at the trunk.  I haven't tried it yet myself, I get to stand
around in the rain fiddling with it while she expects me to solve the
problem.  This being the Car Guy is a two-edged sword sometimes... :-)

Any suggestions on places to look?  Or is this a locksmith/dealer visit?
