Since I just replaced both my starters in the last two months and it
cleared up 90% of the issues with the cars, I think everyone should
replace their starters before trying anything else.

so, anyway, youhave spark, you have fuel.  Why does it not go "bang"? 
Got air?  probably.  if your spark is too weak it could indicate not
enough amperage/voltage to go around - starter, fuel pump, ecu, coil...
what does your voltmeter say when you are cranking?

Try adding some oomph with a charger/starter or a healthy volunteer
electron donor.

Try push starting (this doesn't draw the voltage down like a starter
will)

try replacing all the "tune up" parts, and undoing every electrical
connection under the hood, cleaning them, and sealing them with
dielectric grease.
