Eurolight Install - '89 100Q

I will be installing some Eurolights I obtained ( thanks Graydon ) , and am
working under the presumption that I'll need to relay them.

Coupe of questions:

1. Where is the best place to get a + feed - is the jumper post a good bet,
or will I damage this by trying to unbolt it?

2. I take it I should relay both the low beams and the high beams. Yes?

3. Any other tips, BTDT, or links would be appreciated.

'85 4000 CS Quattro - "Project GTQ" - 87.5 GT COUPE 2.3  engine recipient  -
maybe by spring - maybe never.  I may just put a 264 CAM in this and take my
good ol' time on the engine swap.
'87 5000 CS Turbo Quattro Wagon - due for a chip.
'89 100 Quattro - underpowered, but the lights won't be.  Target recipient
for a 260/264 CAM.
