Not true, the relay coil is too small a load compared to a 55-60w bulb.
Bypass the autocheck relay or modify it as described on several websites. If
drivers don't know when their headlight bulbs are blown then they should not
be driving.

If this is done correctly with 4 relays you will not need to modify the
Autocheck system as it will assume the 4 relay coils are light bulbs....
however it wont tell you when the bulbs go... just when/if the relay coil
dies..
