H1 Headlight wiring

I just purchased some H1's from fellow lister Huw Powell  (thanks Huw) and I
just received the bulbs in the mail today.  I have not had H1's before and
was surprised to see only 1 spade type connector.  What do I need to plug
these in?  I am using the quad light setup from and 84 5000 in my 87 5kcsq.
