Help! Water pump whistling+I love Audi dealers

When I did this job I changed all belts. I ordered belts from TPC citing them
parts numbers obtained at Audi dealership.   Steering belt turned to be too
long (035-260-849C, car is 200tq 89 vin ...KN004435).   I called the dealer
today about it and just in case, to double-check, I asked him about timing
belt.  And now he gave me another number!!!!
074-109-119 instead of 034-109-119 as 3 weeks ago.  Idiots!!!

Anyone knows the difference and how it is dangerous to drive the care now?
Help!
