Yes.  I used Scott's site and the archives.  I think it is installed OK.
The only part of the installation that wasn't clear is the location of the
tee on the metal intake pipe.  I wouldn't think the location matters so
much but now with these new problems I wanted to make sure.

The distributor did have oil in it and there was a fair amount of play in
the shaft.  It could have been on it's way out.  As far as the oil
burning,  the spark plugs are very clean.  I don't think the oil burning
is coming from the cylinders.  Maybe I blew a exhaust side turbo seal?
