Airbag steering wheels..

Greetings,

Just curious, does anyone know if by any chance a
steering wheel from a '96 A4 would work on a '98 and
vice versa? Trying to get the low pressure bag on the
wife's car, she is just a little one. I am afraid of
the high pressure bag, she sits very close to the
wheel, seat tracks all the way forward. This is in
order to reach the pedals.
