aftermarket boost gauge

While I was online searching for some parts for my 200, I got 
sidetracked (as often happens) and ended up looking at boost gauges. 
I have found something that may be of interest:  an aftermarket gauge 
that reads in bar insted of PSI.  It's electronic, so one would have 
to place a sensor somewhere, but that shouldn't be a problem.  The 
gauge is made by VDO, 2" diameter, 0-5 bar, part # 350-080. one of 
the possible senders is 360-001 (this one is a 10MM-1K thread).  For
